The “Strathconon” Pure Malt Whisky 12 years old 75cl Alc.43% Bot.1980s.
Smooth mouthfeel then intense mellow malty sweet with honey fruits and cinnamon, comfortable bitter sweet and soil remains longly.

One Fine Morning Strathconon, Highlands
A gorgeous winter morning with mist hanging in layers over the valley floor thinning in the first warmth of sunrise. I found it difficult to resist and pulled over to await the sunlight to strike the foreground trees in anticipation that these would turn to gold leaving the still frozen shadows to adopt the reflected blue light of a clear sky.
