Indulge in the delightful flavors of strawberry shortcake with this easy-to-make fudge recipe. Creamy white chocolate, strawberry preserves, and the crunch of freeze-dried strawberries and vanilla wafers make this fudge a sweet treat that's perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients: 2 cups white chocolate chips. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup strawberry preserves. 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed. 1/2 cup vanilla wafer cookies, crushed. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. A pinch of salt.
Instructions: Put parchment paper around the edges of an 8x8-inch 20x20 cm baking pan, leaving some overhang to make it easy to take off. Put the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl that can go in the microwave. In 30-second intervals, stir the mixture in the microwave until it is smooth and all melted. Add the strawberry jam, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt, and mix well. Crush the freeze-dried strawberries and vanilla wafer cookies and then mix them in. Put the mix into the baking pan that has been prepared and spread it out evenly. Put the fudge in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it sets. When the fudge is set, use the extra parchment paper to lift it out of the pan. Serve the fudge by cutting it into squares. Take a bite of your Strawberry Shortcake Fudge!
