A refreshing cocktail perfect for summer, combining the flavors of fresh strawberries, thyme, and sparkling wine.

Ingredients: 1 oz vodka. 1 oz peach liqueur. 1 oz lemon juice. 1 oz simple syrup. 2 oz sparkling wine. 3-4 fresh strawberries, sliced. 2 sprigs fresh thyme.

Instructions: In a cocktail shaker, muddle the sliced strawberries and thyme sprigs. Add vodka, peach liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a strawberry slice and a sprig of thyme. Enjoy!
