"Anniversary Pack"
NA GameStop announced a Day One Edition of the game which exclusively includes the "Anniversary Pack" DLC.
This same DLC was previously announced in Europe but was called Strawhat Edition.

ONE PIECE® Unlimited World Red Day One Edition features DLC to commemorate One Piece's 15th anniversary in Japan. The Day One Edition will include special DLC including Luffy's Strong World Adventure Outfit, Anniversary Costumes for Luffy, Nami, Sanji, Chopper, Zoro, Usopp, Franky, Robin and Brook, and an extra quest.

The "Anniversary Pack" includes Toei Animation's 15th Anniversary Costumes for all 9 Strawhat Pirates which offer bonus effects for each character, Luffy's Strong World movie Adventure Costume and an extra quest called "Flame Fist & Straw Hat Quest".
The DLC is redeemable via a redemption code inside Day One Edition marked boxes and might still be in effect.
