Blazer
Before you two even met, Blazer already had an eye on you. Blazer was already used to watching people from afar, just as he was used to having only the most disinterested companions he ever saw, but when his eyes landed on you, he knew it was time to put those social attitudes into practice.
He was such a flirty bastard when he met you, directly reaching out to you when you stopped at a place, greeting you and without even asking, taking your hand and giving it a kiss. See? Flirty bastard.
Whether you're reacting aggressively or going into sappy mode, Blazer will insist on talking to you.
Blazer, being the idiot that he is, he keeps trying to win your heart, with surprise visits and gifts and everything nice, trying to show you that he's the man of your dreams.
The more time Blazer spends with you, he realizes that everything he's doing for you is probably not just because you have a pretty face, or out of sheer lust. Maybe... Maybe it's because he actually admires you. In one of the conversations between you and Blazer, you talked about yourself, the things you do and like and... There was something that made Blazer a little breathless watching you talk, and he listened to everything you said, he swear by everything he paid close attention to all those lovely traits coming from you.
After that realization, Blazer will try to take things slow this time, and try to form a colorful friendship with you. But the gifts and visits continue.
Of course, Blazer wants to keep his business out of his way, he doesn't want you to deal with the difficult and, well, illegal work he does. But obviously, if he wants to have a romantic relationship with you, he's going to have to be honest, and one day he'll tell. Blazer is extremely surprised when you say you're fine with it and promise you won't tell, and he even wonders if you like this illegal stuff too... He even offers you some one day, just to test the waters.
It's going to take a long time for Blazer to declare himself, mainly because he's such a bastard. Don't get him wrong, he wants to declare to you! But he's just not used to taking things off his chest... So, if Blazer declares it to you, the only options for that to happen would be: Blazer got stressed and simply yelled the three words at you. Or: Blazer really worked up the courage to tell you everything.
Blazer couldn't form a reaction when you accept it, he even thinks you're making fun of him, and if you're lying, maybe he'll even get to the point where he gets shaky.
Anyway... Blazer flirty bastard is back, with 2x gifts.
This idiot will always be bragging about how you are now his partner, and how amazing and beautiful you are, and obvious, how you are his.
He loves walking down the street with an arm around your neck, JUUuuUUST TO SHOW THAT HE DATES YOU TO EEEVERYONE.
Blazer can be an asshole at times, like, a total asshole, but he always wants to let you know that you're much more important to him than you think.
If you're smaller than him you will have so much torture he's such a aSSHOLEGAGAAGGFAHHFGJ HG GHGGGAAAAAAA.
Peacemaker
Blazer gets extremely upset when he doesn't get to spend time with you because of his job, or if you get in trouble because of his job, he'll blame himself for weeks.
(this is kind of a bonus because of my Brazilian headcanon of Blazer, but Blazer likes to use romantic nicknames in Brazilian Portuguese with you, like the classic and old "Meu Anjo" and "Meu amor".)
Conclusion, Blazer flirty bastard bf, yet, wants to prove you that you're actually important to him.
Unlike Blazer, they try to have an interaction when they saw you, but instead of confident, that Peacemaker... Fails to be social. They keep stuttering and scratching themself (which is weird since they doesn't have skin). Others may find this a problem, but you think it's adorable, I mean, look at they, they were supposed to be a bossy cop who would usually tell someone off without hesitation, and they were being all shy with you!
You obviously give poor Peacemaker a chance, who was more than trying hard to practically not melt in front of you.
Peacemaker was lovely to you, and was always asking about you and offering things and help to you all the time.
They daydream about you at work, which messes them up a bit, but it's not like they care.
There are times when they don't trust themself to remember things, so they write down the things you like and don't like, and sometimes they write down how your day was together, like it was a diary. Cute...
They are always offering to help you, even if it's a pointless thing, let's just say it's the way they expresses love to you.
Of course, just because Peacemaker is shy doesn't mean they are not responsible, they still keeps their image as a peacemaker.
The dates between you are nothing fancy, sometimes it's just a conversation between you and they, watching the "stars" in the sky. There will be times when Peacemaker will get quite philosophical, but once they notices this, they will quickly apologize, thinking they are making you uncomfortable.
But besides talking, protecting and helping you, Peacemaker tries to make some romantic gestures, they even thought of flowers, but they barely exist, so they try to make a copy of them with some dirty metal scraps. After hearing that you loved it, their chest warmed up in a way they never felt before, and they started making more and more little pieces of art out of scraps of garbage just to make you smile.
Peacemaker may have faced several prisoners and fights, and maybe nearly died, but they are a coward with feelings, not with fists. So the way they declared it to you was by sending another one of their gifts with a little note, with a statement, and a small heart scribbled at the end.

I'm always excited to spend afternoons with you when I get exhausted from work, even though I'm programmed not to be tired.
I've always enjoyed doing those little things for you, just to see your smile, even though I wasn't programmed to do so.
And I trust you deeply. Really.
And I love you, like best friend and like partner, even if I wasn't programmed for this, but it's not like I care.
I wanted to make sure if you feel the same feelings, if not, it's ok, our friendship still can continue, but... I wouldn't mind if you loved me romantically too...

When you returned the sentiments, Peacemaker just stammered, laughed a bit, and stammered again, commenting nothing and giving you a big embrace, and shyly asking for permission to kiss you.
It was remarkable how happy Peacemaker became after you started a relationship, all of their work friends noticed how they were more excited and agitated than usual.
There are times when Peacemaker just gets too excited and just gives you surprise hugs and kisses, they already noticed that you react well to that, so what's to stop them from continuing?
And of course, they will continue with their mini trash gifts, they even started making origami at work.
They were hesitant to sleep together, but quickly got used to it, and obviously in those moments they're the small spoon, but if you somehow want to be the small spoon, they will lay down to be the big spoon for a while
They try to be flirt with you sometimes, but then...
"<zbir>DID IT HURT WHEN YOU FELL?.</>" Your partner commented, pointing gun fingers at you.
You chuckled "From what?"
