Back on June 20th, I started the process of catching these little babies that were living with their momma under a neighbor’s overgrown deck. It took about a week to catch them all and I’ve had them since, trying to take care of them and get them into the local humane society’s foster program. Because I found them during pride month, @babyblueavenger helped me name them after LGBT icons. Introducing, Marsha (brown and orange tabby who is very flat), Gilbert (long haired orange boy who is just so sweet), Oscar (orange with white and an escape artist), Harvey (short haired orange who is a little spicy but not too much), and Stormè (tortie, runt of the litter, and would definitely throw bricks if they were kitten sized and she had thumbs). I call the kittens “The Pride.”

I know that this probably won’t get seen by that many people, but my hope is  that it is seen by the right people.  More importantly, that it is seen by someone who has any information about this heinous crime.  Please, I am begging you, do not just pass this up.  It is important to find the person who did this and bring them to justice.

Brick by Brick – Support Stray Rescue of St Louis – Brick Tribute Walk Way Program

  Construction has begun on the Stray Rescue of St. Louis Brick Tribute walk way. The walkway will have 2 types of bricks surrounding several Tribute Benches and trees. Construstion on this walk has begun with a Spring ’15 complete date.
