Before I start this, you’ll probably need some background knowledge: I am the type of person that will always point out when someone matches even if they are just wearing the same color shirt and nothing else matches.
When Stray Kids first came out with Hellevator, my best friend ( @brina-nooooo ) and I were discussing the sound and I [at first glance] said how their look reminded me of Monsta X. Couldn’t pinpoint what about it, just when I saw SK I saw similarities to MX.
Fast forward to days later, we’re playing one of those “guess the kpop group by blah blah blah” and a question came up that we were certain the answer was Monsta X
*i bet you’re already seeing where I’m going with this*
The answer was in fact, Stray Kids!
Fast forward another few days and we’re playing yet another kpop game, (because what else is there to do with your free time?!) yet another question came up that we SWORE the answer was Monsta X...
*ill give you 1 guess as to who the answer actually was.....*
If you guessed Monsta X, like us, you were wrong! At this point we’re so disappointed with ourselves at our lack of Stray Kids knowledge.
Fast forward now to the present (a few days ago, not today lol) and we’re playing our 7472828474th kpop game and a question comes up and we’re both convinced this time that the answer if Stray Kids......
I almost decided right then and there that I needed to quit KPOP because we were clearly a disgrace to the community as an entirety as we learned the answer was Monsta X.
I dont don’t know what’s wrong with us? Why does this keep happening to us? Are we just bad Monsta X/Stray Kids stans? Or are we truly just despicable ladies?
