17. doing their least favorite chore for them

Spring cleaning was always tiring. Just the thought got you irritated. The only part you actually didn’t mind was sweeping considering it’s one of the easiest jobs. However, your least favorite...dusting almost all the furniture in the apartment. It was a pain. Dust was such an annoying thing you thought, one day you’d dust or sweep an area and the next day it’s back as if it belongs there.
You currently sweeping the living room of the apartment that both you and Atsushi shared. He helping you out that day and was currently washing some dishes. He always tried to help you out wherever he could, he did his best at it too. Just as you were done sweeping, the thought of having to dust practically the whole apartment was getting to you.
You were already tired, from doing so many other chores. A yelp escaped your lips when you suddenly felt a hand on your shoulder. Turning around, you find it’s only your dear Atsushi. “Oh Atsu, you scared me...” you smile. He rubbed the back of his neck, “Oh, oh I’m sorry, I really didn’t mean to!” “Relax Atsu, no need to apologize.”
“How about I do the dusting of the furniture, you must already be so tired.” he says with concern at the latter. He always cared so much. “Ah no, it’s fine, you must be tired as well.” you say, although part of you wanted him to do it since you didn’t want to. “No really! How about you do something less tiring if you want to.” he smiles. That innocent smile always made you smile. It always made your day.
“Sure.” you said as you made your way out of the living room to sort out some old stuff that you guys need to give away. Atsushi had a cloth in his gloved hand and takes a look around the room, “Okay! Let’s get started.”

Fifteen minutes or so later, you heard sneezes coming from the living room. Honestly, it sounded like a cat had a cold. You make your way slowly into the living room to find Atsushi holding a frame in his hand whilst dusting it with the crimson cloth, and he lets out a sneeze once again. Your curious expression turned into a frown.
Walking over to him, you were about to call out to him when a sudden sneeze startled you. “Atsushi...” He jumped out of surprise, “Y/n, I- do you need anything?” he smiles at you. “No, but...I don’t think you should dust the furnitures any longer, you’re sneezing uncontrollably.” “No no, I’m fine rea-” he’s cut off by a sneeze.
“Atsu please? At least let me help you so we can get this one chore done faster?” you bat your eyelashes at him. “...okay.” he smiles weakly, he couldn’t resist you. You went to get another cloth and started dusting an ornament. Atsushi smiled at you as you were next to him, he leaned down just to peck you on your lips and you smiled leaning upwards...
An urge to sneeze made him stop midway and he tried to suppress it, but you pinched the bridge of his nose to stop the sneeze. He let out a sigh and you giggled. “Perhaps after we finish here.” He laughed it off and you both continued.
