Today we worked out behinds of so to reward the fellas I threw them a curve ball and said lets work on ball handling gentlemen and we went HAM on so resistance based ball handling using partners. We had some alumni ball players bless us with their presence this afternoon @blaing14 @truckbryant just to name a few.
