Today we worked out behinds of so to reward the fellas I threw them a curve ball and said lets work on ball handling gentlemen and we went HAM on so resistance based ball handling using partners. We had some alumni ball players bless us with their presence this afternoon @blaing14 @truckbryant just to name a few. #back2basics is now working with Two01 Elite Basketball Training™. We are now working with the 11U girls AAU program for @back2basicsnyc my goal is to start a culture of basketball specific strength & conditioning unlike anything this NYC style of basketball has ever seen. This 11u #back2basics girls team is #teamtwo01strong they worked their behinds off and we had lots of fun learning this evening. Yesterday was a wild wild workout working on building team unity. We worked out so intensely. We started out with our weekly mile run. Then we worked on building leg strength. Everything we do as a team. We did "Ass to Grass Squats" holding either a 10, 25 or 35 pound plate in our hands. Then we went into bleacher step ups holding the weight above our heads.
