As some of you know, Menagerie founders Indigo and Marie Lee are visiting the Trillium forest this week, helping @jackieharderart get to the bottom of her enchanted creature epidemic. They’ve sent word that yesterday they conducted some tests on a Stray Sod specimen caught wandering around the Firefly Fields. So far, analysis if the Stray Sod confirm that the creature is made up of a form of altered matter, closer to energy waves than physical mass. This is in line with what we know about faerie creatures from studying those here at the Menagerie, and suggests the enchanted creatures maybe be a result of other dimensional energy seeping into the Trillium forest and mutating the local flora and fauna much like it does in our neck of the woods! However, there is an extra factor at play in the Trillium forest: Indigo and Marie have mentioned that Jackie is friends with a local forest witch, and she has a habit of enchanting inanimate objects...this could mean trouble if she’s harnessing the dimensional energy by accident.
