I lifted weights today, lifted my curvy booty off the floor, lol. What I love about PiYo's #StrengthIntervals is that you literally feel like you're lifting weight just by moving your own curvy body. I haven't been using my HR monitor to track my calorie burn, but today I was curious! Between#totalbodyblast & #strengthintervals =512 calories! I was amazed that with only 20 minutes of strength intervals, that I burned 225 calories! Can you burn that with 30 minutes of running?! I think I burned maybe 200! I ❤️Chalene, and she keeps it fun and pushes you continuously throughout the entire workout! You are worth it! Have you tried a core workout with plates or discs?! I DARE you to TRY IT!
