Something has shifted in me...maybe it's because I stopped worrying about what others thought, and started truly embracing my own awesomeness. Because these days, I feel so much more powerful, and so sure of who I am and what I want in life. Yesterday's workout stats: did a run early in the morning for an hour, then did a bike ride in the evening for about 50 minutes. I was broke down last night but had a great fitness day. Today is all about PiYo and stretching my body. Will be doing that after work this afternoon. It's 6am on a Sunday morning. I had a great time with my girls last night, but today is my day of reckoning. After two months of training, I'm doing my FIRST ever 5K Race this morning as a part of the @newbalance #NBBronx5K over near #YankeeStadium 😏. When I started back running again two months ago, I wanted to give myself a goal to work towards. Today's 5K race is perfect, because it happens right as we're gearing up to leave #NewYork for #Colorado 🤗. I'm excited and nervous (and a lil sleepy), but so happy to be doing this race and challenging myself to do even more on my health journey! Hope you have a beautiful day, Loved Ones.
