My periods are super late? I don't gave irregular periods but I am a bit concerned ??

Had a migraine last night but it thankfully went away. Then I couldn't sleep until after 6 am despite trying since 12. Awful insomnia. My friend woke me up when they left for work at 8 bc I asked them to to say bye and gave me a hug. Idk when I'd finally fallen asleep. My heart was racing and I was shaky and dizzy as hell and super out of it. Had chest pain off and on all night too and it's still going now at 2pm. I slept again after they left for a couple hours then had to get up for a telehealth appointment to go over my allergy test results. I don't know what all this is and idk if I should be worried about it

hate that all my stress is held in my face n neck my muscles are so clenched my face is breaking out my eye twitches i get canker sores grind my teeth its like FUCK anything but my face dude!!!

i thought the heart palpitations were a medication side effect since I never really experienced them before but I've not taken any of my meds in weeks and I am still experiencing heart palpitations so there is something else causing it.
