can someone PLEASE help me? im tryna get in silicone tunnels (dbl flared) and i cant... im 6g btw. i tried the ciggy method (2 fingers, thumb) but it didnt do shit.
I had forgotten how much stretching ears sucks. I used to have 28mm lobes, now Im trying to get back to 20mm. Atm stretching with a 16mm spiral. I had forgotten that constant feeling of pressure. Hnngh..
I also bought new and pretty septum rings. Might start stretching my septum again back to 3mm. Not sure yet.
Little things that make me happy atm.
An important question for anyone with stretched ears: is it a bad idea to put a 4mm stick through a 2mm hole, or should I stretch it to 3mm first?
Ears are at an 8g 😋😁
Look who just started stretching their ears!!

Wtf, how did I ended up watching flat earth theories videos, and drawing some fucked up fashion illustration just after stretching my ears?

Getting Started!!!!
Now that you’ve gotten your stretching tools, we can get started!
Have your ears pierced and healed.
This is obvious, you need your ears pierced. Depending on where you go, you can have your ears pierced at a larger size. Ideally have your ears pierced at a 14g, or bigger. Give your ears around 3-4 months to heal, It depends from person to person on how long it takes to heal.
Clean your ears!!!
NEVER clean with rubbing alcohol or peroxide
Use antibacterial soap, with no extra scents or alcohol
Dial gold soap
Take a warm/hot shower, or hold a warm/hot washcloth on your ear.
Oil up your ear and the taper that you’re going to.
Go to the next size, if you’re at 14g, go to 12g. Here’s a picture of sizes.
If you don’t know what size you’re at, but you have been wearing regular studs from Walmart/Claires/Icing it’s a good bet you’re at an 18g or 20g, so find a 16g, as a 14g could be a more painful stretch.
Stretching
Slide the taper in
STOP IF IT HURTS, Stretching should never hurt!
Once the taper is in, let your ear rest for 5-10 minutes
After letting your ear rest, place the back of the plug/tunnel onto the base of the taper and slide it through, pushing the plug/tunnel into your ear, and pushing the taper out. Put on the O-Ring and you’re done!
After Care
After around a week after your new stretch, it’s time to clean them!
Take out your plugs, and wash them with hot/warm soapy water
Also wash the O-Rings
Take a washcloth and clean around the hole, with warm/hot water and soap.
After washing your ears, you’ll want to massage them with your chosen oil(s)!
Repeat this routine every other day, to keep your ears clean, and smell free!
I hope this guide helped you! If you have any questions, feel free to message me!
