Pick out of: Handstand pushups / kipping pull ups / double unders
I chose HSPU's and just practised doing them (kipping) off a mat with no abmat to support. Did one rep at a time, most in a row was two lol. I'm still scared to kick up into a handstand.. But I gotta work on this 'cos placing my hands on the mat/floor then kicking up to the wall takes up way to much time.

KB American swings - Used 24kgs. Were ok, glad it was only 7 reps we had to do lol.
Strict pull ups - I did them strict (from a dead hang) for 3 rounds, even if I had to do most in singles.. So am pretty chuffed about that. Used the red band for the last 4 rounds 'cos form started to get shitty.
Push jerks - Used 40kgs. I liked these! We haven't done push jerks in ages.. Missed them.
Breakfast - 3 eggs, 3 slices bacon, green beans
Snack - Banana, carrot sticks, peanut butter
Dinner - 4 eggs, steak, green beans, carrots
Snack - 2 paleo banana muffins
Oh noes, peanut butter! Had a few teaspoons of it with my carrot sticks. I need to buy or make some almond butter..
