Apologies for filling my followers timelines with strictly obsessing.

However, I just want to say how joyous the whole final was. Every single one of those couples deserved to win and only one could! They entertained us, they made us smile, they made us cry!

Thank you Layton and Nikita - Thank you Bobby and Dianne - Thank you Ellie and Vito.

I think we were all winners here. Anyone who is holding any kind of bitterness about any of these three making the final might want to have a good look at yourselves in the mirror!

I will miss strictly so much - until next year

Okay but Layton and Nikita this week on Strictly???

It may be their worse dance ‘technically’ but they were adorable, Layton in a skirt and heels with absolutely nothing made to seem unnatural about it, and Nikita???

One, having his ‘robot’ so visible on his arm (what a kid I used to live with used to call his diabetes device)??? Two, his family there??? Three, how absolutely adorable his face was hugging Layton at the end of the dance???

I loved the dance personally, and whilst I do agree with the judges in terms of the critique, I also fully agree with them (temporarily) being top of the leaderboard.

(Oh and also, Layton wiping the makeup of Nikita’s cheek during the bit with Claudia? I feel that)
