Screw Your Running Shoes This Winter Season With 36 1/2" Sheet Metal Screws
I subscribe to StrideBox and I found this postcard in the box that I wanted to share with you. If you plan to run all Winter long, you can make it through the snow and the ice with aplomb with just 36 1/2" sheet metal screws. Here's the card that I scanned for you:

First, I will say that the new Honey Stinger Snack Bar was probably the tastiest bar I've ever had. If you swoon over PB & chocolate, then go get this bar! Swipe for a pic of it. And, no, I didn't give any to Yoda...he just stares at me anytime I'm holding something 😂 I was pleasantly surprised that the Ultima Replenisher pack had several powdered flavor samples in it. Really impressed w/the combo of electrolytes and it states that it is Autism approved. I shared some w/my youngest & we both loved it, so I will be ordering more! And I used the Aqua-X arm sleeves on my 20 miler & they were so comfy!
