I realized I dont think I ever posted this boy here.

He's yet another Tangled OC I made heavily inspired by Jack Frost. His name is Carter, and hes a winter spirit heavily influenced by the power of the moon. I havent nailed down any one canon to stick to him yet but hes a very good boy.

Fun fact: his pupils reflect what phase the moon is in, and he's essentially blind during the new moon.
