Cat’s Cradle — Do you think it’s better to believe a lie than live with an unpleasant truth

I think that for small things, a nice lie can be kinder/better than the truth, but for things that are big/important/have an effect on your life, the truth is better because making decisions/thinking things based on a lie could have really bad consequences.

The Giver — Talk about a favorite memory

Well you already took our Frozen date. I’m rather fond of the time we went and saw Sing-Along Fiddler on the Roof last year and we sat down in the theater and you pulled a bag of chocolate chip cookies out of your carpet bag purse. You were such an A+ Jewish mother it was hilarious. And then I did Tevye’s dance while we waited for my mom to pick us up and you laughed at me.

Harry Potter — If you could bring someone back from the dead, would you, and who?

The first person that comes to mind is Kurt Vonnegut because I love his books and I’d like more of them and I’d like to hear him speak. I’d also like to see what he would write based on today’s society, since so much of his writing is social commentary. But he also died at a very respectable age, so I wouldn’t bring him back against his will.

The Lightning Thief — What would you be the goddess of?

I mean I am Athena so I don’t see why you’re asking Arty. But also I like the idea of being goddess of space/stars and have something to do with communicating. I’ve developed a habit I guess of talking to the stars when I’m far away from someone I miss because I feel like they can carry the message, since the person I miss is seeing a similar sky.

The Princess Bride — What’s your best feature?

I’m gonna go with my empathy and instinct to take care of/provide support to my friends

What’s your favorite thing to do when it’s raining? sleep in the sun room bc its rly calming when you can see and hear the rain WHAT’S the first thing you pick when you are in the market? It’s expensive or cheap?
