Pocket pals!! I found these adorable stash busting, no sew  crochet critters on StringyDingDing.com! The patterns are free to view online or you can print the PDF pattern for $2.95 each set of critters. The mice and cats have 0ne basic pattern so just read it online but the the dogs have a lot of variations so I opted to buy the PDF.

Squeak! These guys are flipping ADORABLE!!! Very easy to do and make great toys for kids or stuff with catnip for kiities. Bummed I couldn’t find my colored beads or the white one would have been albino but I did find my mini pompoms so they all got cute fuzzy noses!

Three little kittens! Truthfully not my fave but still cute. Cat heads are not an easy thing to get right. esp on a small scale like this. I did tweak the pattern to give them pointier ears; the gray has the original ones which makes it look more like a British Shorthair. The orange’s yarn is softer so it didn’t keep the triangle shape like the tuxedo’s. The leg/ear color variation is NOT in the pattern but it’s easy to do if you have had some experience changing colors before.

Three dog night er day! The dogs had some variations such has colored muzzles and ears, shapes of ears, and different tails! Clifford the Big Red dog’s cousin on the left is an Irish Setter, middle is a Chihuahua and on the right is a Pug, complete with curly tail!

Close up of the ears. Left’s ears are attached to the side of the head to hang correctly but can be left loose (we all know that one dog that always has its ear inside out, lol) We have the pointy up ears and the folded down version.

Tails! Short stub, curlicue and long.

Pet the bellies! Here’s a view of the stubby little legs:) (the cat’s are done the same way, mice have no feet).

Speaking of feet the author recommends adding weighted beads to help them stand but I’ve had no problems with mine using just stuffing. Definitely recommend these patterns!
