If I copy Atemsis, All-Seeing's lose the game trigger with strionic resonator, can I make two players lose the game?
This doesn’t work.
Atemsis’s triggered ability doesn’t target anything. It just causes the opponent that Atemsis damaged to lose the game. The only thing that copying the trigger will accomplish is to protect you from Stifle effects or instant-speed discard.

Hi, love your blog. If I use a Strionic Resonator to copy Jadelight Ranger's explore ability would I get three or four explore triggers?
Jadelight Ranger will explore four times.
When you copy a triggered ability with Strionic Resonator, you copy the entire ability, not just part of it, and so copying Jadelight Ranger’s triggered ability gives you another two sequential explores.
I was wondering how I can copy the eminence ability when its in the command zone. If there is a way. Or would they have to be on the field?
Arahbo, Edgar, and Inalla all have eminence abilities that are triggers, so they can be copied with Strionic Resonator.
The Ur-Dragon’s eminence ability is just a static ability, so there’s no way to copy it without something becoming a copy of the Ur-Dragon.
