How dry is your skin? When the dead of winter hits my heels crack. The skin is so thin on our feet they can split and look like cuts

Certainly not dry enough for that. Shit's painful- start hydrating NOW to prevent this!  This is actually 3 big cuts on top of my toes. so weird. i'm fairly sure they weren't there this morning...
