The STRIVE project officially wrapped up last week — but our commitment to gender equality is just getting started. 〰️Lesson 1: Inclusion starts with awareness. You can’t fix what you don’t see. STRIVE helped us name the invisible. 〰️Lesson 2: There’s no one-size-fits-all solution. Trainings must be tailored — HR, managers, workers, and students all need different tools. 〰️Lesson 3: Real change takes structure.
