hi!!! sorry for all of the spam likes, i just wanted to say that after finding your blog for the first time yesterday, i’ve had just the best time scrolling through all of your posts and art, and it’s been really really fun seeing all of your different methods, approaches, but especially how you incorporate mixed cultural and disabilities into your art!!!! as both an artist and a consumer, both of those topics are like some of my all time favorite things to see/subjects, and seeing it all actually being represented with such care and respect (NOT TO MENTION QUALITY??? it’s actually so cool how you mesh inorganic shapes like mobility tools with way organic shapes of the ppl… it’s really awesome!!! and i wish every artist could have half of ur understanding of color theory omg) is really really great!!! okay. done. sorry for all of the crazy ranting,, finding this has just been such a pleasant surprise. thank you for making!!!!!
Hello!
Thank you so much! That means a lot to me — anthropology & the study of different cultures is something I find truly fascinating and connected with on a deep level! + being severely disabled myself, it feels very natural to mash them together into one big soup.
I’ve definitely struggled in the past, felt like my “niche” was unwanted or my viewpoint was dull or something — I don’t think this anymore, of course, but that was when I was starting out mora.
I love trying out new styles and techniques, I can’t seem to ever stay to only one but i think that’s a natural life of an artist, we always strive for more.
This is so so sweet & my heartbeat increased reading it (good way! Not bad! Like butterflies in my chest) because of how nice it is to hear!
Thank you again!
P.S. never apologize for spam liking! I find it truly so sweet! I adore my spam likers 🙏🩷
is south park worth the watch? :<
it's been my #2 favorite show in the world for 15 years, so i'd give a very biased yes alsdkf but with the insane violence it's definitely not for everyone.
