FINALLY some Girl power too. 

There will be many more to come eventually. Rayna is more of a main than the other girls, hence I’m posting her first.

(most main girls of this “story” kinda belong to my friend you see...)

Anyway, her bio below;

Name: Rayna Akiyama

She/her

Height: around 180 cm

White Tiger shape-shifter from the northeast (also known as Byakko)

Age: Her overall existence, like with all Byakkos, is at least 100 years, but her "human" life started about 30 years ago.

The strongest warrior or the Kingdom of Mirthas, the Emperor’s personal guard

personality:

Rayna is brash, aggressive and loves a good fight. She tends to get easily amused and her laugh is pretty loud. She is also known to be very headstrong and stubborn to a fault. 

Despite all this though, Rayna usually means well and is generally liked by those around her due to her usually relaxed and humorous nature, where she doesn't always take herself that seriously. 

Rayna can be childish at times, a trait her girlfriend is especially familiar with (namely if she asks her to help with housework or something, as Rayna will pout and complain about it, though she will do it regardless.) 

She can be very cuddly and loves hugging her lil bro at random, or slump on top of her girlfriend when she’s reading to take a nap.

Generally speaking, you could summarize her personality as one big cat. One big, sometimes cuddly, sometimes aggressive cat.

Abilities:

Rayna is ridiculously strong and fast physically when comparing to majority of other beings in her world, though amongst her own kindred her speed and strength is pretty typical for her age. her bite is pretty powerful too, even breaking metals.

She can control wind and produce supersonic roars that can seriously break shit. 

She’s a master swords-woman too, though prefers fighting hand-to-hand style.

She can turn into a giant tiger.

Her kindred’s healing speed is amongst the fastest of mythical folk in this world, and thus Rayna rarely needs serious medical attention. 

Weaknesses:

Rayna cannot always control her strength, hence she often ends up accidentally breaking shit. She can also underestimate her opponent due to having the tendency to head to battle head-first. While her instinctive fighting style can be really good as it’s hard to predict, it can also be taken advantage of by a skillful tactician. 

Due to her brash personality, she can sometimes come off as slightly insensitive, even if she doesn’t mean to act like that; Rayna is just used to being blunt.

She can be a bit lazy at times, to the point it frustrates her close ones.

Fun Facts

- Rayna tends to sleep all sprawled out, taking most of the bed

- She is usually the one to catch her lil bro and Adam (her bro’s best friend) and bring them to apologize for whatever trouble they caused. (usually she’s not mad, just chuckling at their antics)

- She calls her girlfriend “petrock” because she’s a gargoyle

- Rayna can go from totally chill and relaxed into total battle-mode in less than a second.

- She likes to glomp and grab her bro into a random hug at random times, much to Saizo’s dismay (though he secretly likes it, even if his big sis embarrasses him with that in public)

- Rayna is considered the strongest warrior in Mirthas, because she is even able to go toe-to-toe with their Empress in a fight, who is a Nephilin, part of the most powerful type of mythical folk in this world. 

- She has a really high alcohol tolerance and often challenges people into drinking matches. 

BG story in a nutshell:

All of her kindred start out as normal tigers with unusual amount of spiritual/magical essence, and once they hit 100, they gain a human form, usually appearing as a 8-10 year old child initially

. Rayna went trough the same and wandered trough the world up until she found her way to Mirthas, and became a trusted Guardian for the citizens and the two rulers. She also developed a major crush on their Library keeper Elodie, who initially was a little clueless about it due to her not understanding emotions very well, but eventually accepting Rayna’s affections. 

Rayna was the one to teach the human mage Reuben how to control his wind elemental side during the boy’s stay in Mirthas, and she regards him as her second lil bro, Saizo being the first.

Talking about Saizo, he was a young tiger she found wandering around the edges of their Kingdom and took him in as her little brother; he was relatively young, having only gained his human form to start his new life as a proper White Tiger just few months ago.
