...with Renfield, apparently. Fair enough, Jonathon much be a touch busy climbing and surviving to be to journalling. I've been wondering what was going on in England and especially curious over the inmate. All I know of him is the one animatic from the musical where from context I'm pretty sure he'd already been in contact with Dracula.

Oh! I forgot the Doctors accounts were audio recordings! It really is a nice touch, both the storytelling and the podcasts' sound effects.
Renfield is (probably) eating the spiders! And may have eaten the flies! Raw! Live! Big yuck from me there. Properly cooked is fine but just nabbing and eating them - big ick. At least Dr. Seward seems to find him fascinating enough.
I like the repetition of the "bloated" visuals. That's interesting. Renfields' description on the consumption if life seems eerily similar too. I don't know and can't find what the opposite of contrast is in literary terms, but it's that. I like it.
