Some need guidance and some strive on their own. As for me with the right equipment I am focus and concentrated in doing the work. Zero distractions. At an early age I found out I had discipline, responsibility and maturity to do what I had to do since a very young age. Perhaps because I am the eldest of five. The right atmosphere for me is a most and under pressure I still rise. When someone struggles on your team you help them get back on theirs feet; pour unto them and they will do the same for you.
