I can imagine kent doesn't get a period because she is a alien but she still can get pregnant, maby she knows how to take care of the woman who get their period like Lois cuddling her because she warm like a heating pad.
eve also getting royalty treatment by Kent she deserves it because knowing her family she was always on her own.
Ken is definitely a girls girl and always have pads and tampon with her even if she doesn't need them like a whole period care package she always gives to her fellow women in need filled with goodies .

I like to imagine during her first relationship with Lana is when Kent learns she runs hot in a pleasant way. Lana just turning Kent into a heating pad before Kent even knows that’s what’s happening.
And Kent offering to cuddle with Lois and Eve on their bad cramp days as well.
And you bet she always has a period pouch in her bag. She started it back when she was dating Lana as a just in case for her, but ended up giving strangers products if they ever needed some. Pads, tampons, ibuprofen/advil, you need it Kent likely has it.
She also definitely does craving runs. She’s used to getting Lois sweets and absolutely offers to do the same with Eve so she doesn’t need to create things for herself. Eve should rest, let Kent take care of it!
