this is more of a squeal then an AU, but will be an AU squeal dew to the series not being done yet. This idea would take place 90 or so years after the story of To aru index Ends, now some ground line assumptions must be made , the war between the magical and science side end , in a peaceful exsistance between the two of them , Alister and what ever he is planning is stopped , and so is pathogen of magical Gods 

there is no more major character death, the only level 5 to fall in he final fight is number 6, who showed up on the blink of an eye and did so fast no one could get any details on them.

and that all the heros lived modest lives after the epic of when magic and science crossed had finally ended . if we can I would like to avoid mention Kids aside from Shige Hamazura since as of NT11 he is in a stable and health relationship, but I would still not want to go into detail over that stuff .

Now for the world , in the world of Neo Academy city , located at 0 longitude 0 latitude the foremost place to study , with magicians and epser alike, the new Judgement now tries to have an even amount of Magicans and espers in each branch , and same with Skill out

The board of directer are comprised of an even amount of people from both sides, each letting the other chose their own representatives

The area is also lobbies for the safety of magical Cabals that do not mean to cause mass harm to others . if they are found to be abusing this safety the hammer of justice will be dropped on them 

Because of the rise of both Espers and Magicians there are some who can use both magic and esper powers dew to their epsper power being one that allows them to deal with the feed back energy in some way, wither it be healing their bodies , or something else. this is only about 100 of the billion students in Neo Academy city.

The city has several facilities named after the heros who ended the war between magic and science so this peace could be built. the Kamijou training ground for Skill out and Judgement . The Hamazura skill facility to help those that chose to be an esper and ended up as a level 0 ,10% of the Esper population deal with it and The Accelerator school for not letting the power go to your head, used by the more power espers, including the 61 level 5's , found by a billionX[2(7/2.3 mill)] the top ten could theoretically be the 2nd epser to reach level 6, Accelerator being the first and only to do so 

AIM gaurdians : 12 points around Neo Acdemy city in which the AIM of an esper is collected and an artificial angle is formed, because of their numbers and the AIM destiny they can not use their full power anywhere else but the point of creation for them , this is also to stop someone from using them to create a forced feed back for magicians , the Gaurdains can be both magicans and espers due to their anatomy 

But still some groups like the Kihara’s and some Migains did not want this and work to sew the seeds of chaos into this new city , Also the Imagine breaker has passed from Kamijou Touma death 10 years ago to some still unmarked person or object .

New heros 

the old man, Child of Ellie and Aiden one of the 1/25 chance of two epser producing an esper child,  age range 80's , power neo life flame. he can produce one blue flame that can posses a inattment object or take a form of it;s own in a limited area  . he runs a group called the 'orphanage'

The light weaver : level 4 esper, power phonton control , female in her late teen early 20's ,

the shadow dancer : level 4 esper, about to control shadows , same age as the light weaver, male , both are part of the 'Orphanage' 

Cyrus : child of Escudos son and Isa's daughter about 5 years older than the Light dancer and shadow weaver , power, higgs square. level 4 can change the gravity of anything the squares are in contact with, change lasts for 60 seconds after contact is broken , only works by direct contact . also a part of the 'orphanage' 

the new imagine breaker : female 16-18 , level 3 esper, full muscle force can be used for a few seconds . Imagine breaker is a a knife she carries and uses as a 'break' for her power as to not tear her muscles up by accident. 

Neo Thor: uses magic based of of Thor the lighting God, age range 22-25 , has some expanded spells, male 

Sword magician: male age range 14-17 , uses magic based off of swords of each country, has an English system completed and is currently researching other mythical blades to add to his spell. 

Power suit mage: 23-27 , uses the power suit level_4 over modle case dark may and has unknown magic
