Books

Lorenzo of Slytherin tagged me in her post, so here's my version.

POST 10 BOOKS THAT HAVE CHANGED YOU AND THEN CHOOSE FOLLOWERS TO TAG.

10 books that have changed me:

1) The Way of Kings-Brandon Sanderson (and pretty much all his other books, but I didn't wanna rely too much on him)

2) The Wheel of Time Series-Robert Jordan (read these over 8 years of my life)

3) 2312-Kim Stanley Robinson (just finished this yesterday, but it's gotta be one of the best books I've ever read)

4) Abhosen-Garth Nix (I love the whole trilogy of these and read this over and over)

5) Waywalkers-Catherine Webb (I loved this so much about 5 years ago)

6) Jurassic Park-Michael Crichton (I must have read this a dozen times in primary school)

7) The Oxford History of Ancient Egypt-Ian Shaw (ed.) (got me through my degree)

8) Working With Dragons-Ernest Drake (I never let this out of sight for months in year 7)

9) The Darren Shan Saga-Darren Shan (I used to read these over and over when I was younger)

10) The Name of the Wind-Patrick Rothfuss (a really well written book)

I may have missed off some important ones, but most of my books are at home and it's hard to visualise them.

A Memory of Light by Robert Jordan/Brandon Sanderson (really all the Wheel of Time books, but that one had me in tears)

The Mistborn Trilogy by Brandon Sanderson 

Abhorson by Garth Nix (So the best out of the trilogy)

The Stormlight Archive by Brandon Sanderson (All his books I've read are amazing, but these top the lot)

Life as we knew it by Susan Pfeffer

Jurassic Park by Michael Crichton (Got it at a charity shop when I was 9 and read it loads of times. I like it more than the movie)

The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss

Dragonology by Ernest Drake (Loved this when I was a kid)

The Keys to the Kingdom Series by Garth Nix (kind of a let down at the end, but I loved them when I was reading them)

Noughts and Crosses by Malorie Blackman 

All in all there are about 32 books here, but you get the idea
