Does anyone else find it hard to workout with little kids at home? I’m up with my 5 & 3 year a lot of early mornings, so the early workout doesn’t work. Then the emails, texts, calls, etc crank up around 7am (especially for me as I have projects going from Florida & Maryland to Washington & Oregon) and it’s really hard to get any exercise in. But here I am - trying to build a little muscle and get a few steps in before the day gets completely away from me.
