Canadian Post-Rockers Do Make Say Think have announced their first new album in 8 years. It’s called “Stubborn Persistent Illusions”, and it’ll be out on May 19 via Constellation. The first taste from the release is a beautiful 12-minute suite called “Bound And Boundless”. Listen below:

[ALBUM DE LA SEMAINE] DO MAKE SAY THINK - STUBBORN PERSISTENT ILLUSIONS : Les chantres du postrockfreejazzbeautéintersidérale de l'écurie Constellation Records reviennent enfin nous caresser les oreilles après 8 ans d'absence. Un retour comme s'ils ne s'étaient pas arrêtés. Continuité de leurs explorations sonores, ce disque est beau, rugueux par endroits, délicats dans d'autres, il fourmille d'idées pas forcément toutes nouvelles, mais encore une fois exécutées de la plus belle des manières. Encore et toujours free… Un grand disque.
Post-rock (blah term) band Do Make Say Think have returned after an 8-year gap with their newest album "Stubborn Persistent Illusions." This does not sound like a band who haven't released music in over a decade. Rather, Do Make Say Think sound rejuvenated, throwing out ideas upon ideas.
