Heyo! The garage door doesnt open and now where stuck outside until my dad comes which is 2am and it's currently 10pm check

Stuck outside, key box not opening, host not replying...

Been outside over an hour already, called support and they said they will wait an hour for the host to get in touch.

Not sure what else we can do, the key combo is posted as on the listing but it won’t budge :/
