It can often feel like we are on the road to nowhere when it comes to the spiritual path or life in general . Going on course after course in the hope of some sort of spiritual shift in us, working at the same office doing the same daily routine again and again or struggling to understand what is happening as another great relationship, career opportunity or new start gets destroyed before we were anywhere near 5th gear . Yet isn't our obsession with a destination or some sort of known outcome the problem in itself? Don't get me wrong it is always important to be practical, planning things as appropriate and being wise in our decisions. It is also important to commit to things whole-heartedly and put 100% effort in. But at a deeper level there needs to be a shift in posture from this obsession we all have (I seriously have it), with getting from A to B and ultimately getting something for me out of it . Who is this me? Now I'm not here to play spiritual games or get into stupid intellectual discussions, but I would like to share that I feel the key to unlocking this whole picture is a shift in inner posture to one of service. We could say to God but he's not everyone's cup of tea so instead we will say in service to something greater than me. Obviously serve yourself on a practical level and enjoy life, but also see yourself as a vessel for bringing light into the world in your own perfectly imperfect way. A kind word here, a loving thought there, a calm listening ear now and again does alot more than you could ever realise in uplifting the whole . Then as we orientate our inner compass to one of service the road slowly disappears and only love remains . #roadtonowhere #spiritualpath #stuckinlife #dailyroutine #spirituality #visionaryspirituality #spiritualinordinarylife #emeraldheartlight #meditation #nonduality #oneness #bliss #peace #evolution #celebratelife #love #compassion #spiritualteacher #Goldenheart https://www.instagram.com/p/BtdSl1HAaow/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=14uogu8ecoi01
