Culinary school and training restaurant creations. This term has been busy.
I haven’t been making much art because I am at culinary school training to be a chef. These are some of the soups and sauces I’ve been making and some of them are assessment dishes.
Some cookery school photos, main courses section. I still have a couple more units to finish but I'll be done by mid December.
Last day of term training restaurant creations. Breaded eggplant with plum Mayo and buba ganoush, Korean fried crocodile with aoli and BBQ sauce, kifflir potatoes with salt bush and mini bread loaves for a function.

Recent culinary school creations. Yakitori skewers, pot roasted chicken breast with potato fondants, green beans and cidar sauce, bechamel sauce and buerre blanc sauce.
Sometimes I hate that I come from a large family. Because sometimes I just want to eat 20 pieces of chicken wings and not have to worry about feeding everyone else. Sometimes I just want to make chicken wings and not have six other people give you their criticism. But then I remember that I'm the second youngest and if I didn't come from a large family, I wouldn't even be alive, so....
