Student activists confronted Chelsea Clinton after the vigil for remarks she made criticizing Rep. Ilhan Omar.
Feeble-minded rubbish from “student activists” against Chelsea Clinton. To accuse her “rhetoric” of being complicit in the murder of Muslim worshipers is arrogant drivel. She has supported no such thing. If these “student activists” were so righteous, why did they not join with Chelsea Clinton in condemning Louis Farrakhan for comparing Jews to “termites”-- rhetoric that definitely does contribute to genocide? Where has Chelsea Clinton supported hatred against Muslims? Or is criticising the anti-Semitic gibberish (Israel hypnotising, Jewish organisations and money) of a Congresswoman now the new form of bigotry? The moral hypocrisy and sanctimony here is beyond belief, but currently fashionable.
I received an #award from the #history department at #UW for outstanding leadership, community, and public engagement. In particular, for my historical and research skills being applied to current issues to develop solutions to systemic issues. Both honored and humbled.
