re: in the all long (and in betweens) + the charley/davis of it all
studgenius said: I wondered the same after the finale, if they aren’t setting Charley and Davis up to try again. Now that could be interesting if they handled it with nuance. 15+ years doesn’t just go away.
honestly, I’ve wanted more of them all season. whenever they do pop up, there’s a current there that begs to be explored, even a little bit.
season two did what most second seasons do -- it went a little bit of everywhere. hopefully, season three focuses in and allows for digging into the foundation they’ve already got. bc they’ve got plenty within the family and the subsets of the family to keep them going, and I want that more than I want anything.
(though, admittedly, I am also the first in line to watch Charley fuck up somebody’s life and tear down the family that used to own hers.)
My sims being cute. Can you tell they all family or nah? Pose game identical lol

Jeff's brain and the Green Light addict brain literally lit up the same way. I don't even see why people are questioning her being right about his powers being a literal addiction in the scientific sense at this point. And Gambi's bitch ass knew she was right, too.
Because they wanna be mad that she called it out is all I can figure. He did and it was so telling when he still ended up having to call her for help knowing how she felt. But she still showed up for Jeff because she loves him. Even the whole “frustrating” I’ve been seeing people still say at this point falls flat because she has a right to her frustrations with the situation. Still doesn’t stop her for being there for her family so what really is the issue, ya know?

Slight correction. The writing was on the wall for them back when Chenoa said “It’s /never/ a good time.” Shit sent me into defensive mode and she wasn’t even talking to me. *l*
Yes. My lawd, that was an automatic shift in the mood and the cuddle up body language and folks were supposed to take note. That let us all know they’d had this same conversation many a time and Anissa shut it down. Whether it be by kissing it away or walking away you can pick but once they shifted Chenoa went for more clothes. This wasn’t a brand new area for them.

Right. If this means more Bilquis and less Dead Wife, I welcome our new American Gods overlords.
This is my feel. Yes
