Helloooooo Felttip Files enjoyers!!
I HAVE A MEAL FOR THOU!!!~
I have made a lil.. Puppet Anatomy sheet!! How splendid!!!!
Let's start with the ✨️outer shell✨️
This... strange grape-looking fellow shall be our demonstration!!
Ignore the censor bar, I thought it'd be funny-
Of course, starting off, puppets have felt skin, of course! This felt covers a thin layer of "flesh", made of foam!
Their felt can be quite literally any color, though "natural skin tones" are extremely uncommon-
Their hair is made of faux hair, like a wig [but with more of a fur-like texture], and can come in a variety of textures, much like human hair! Again, this can be any color!! Alot of puppets get quite creative with their hair styles, too!
Of course, if the puppet is a monster, or a fluffy animal of some kind, this hair will cover most, if not all of their bodies!!
Now, let's peel back that felt and foam, and get to the [not-so] gorey innards!~
There! Isn't that just... absolutely horrifying??-
Eugh-
Anywho, starting us off - under all that felt and foam is very dense, fluffy stuffing, acting as the lifeblood of the puppets!
If they lose too much, they will become paralyzed, and.. well, die, if left untreated-
Now let's move on to those ORGANS!!
The brain, much like a human brain, controls the body! Not much to really say about it...
The heart is also much the same as usual, powering the other body parts - but also storing the soul of a puppet! How lovely!!
The lungs, stomach, intestine and bladder of a puppet are.. also extremely unremarkable-
However, if you look at that purple organ there, beside the stomach, you will see the Stuffing Box!
... The name is a wip-
However, this organ does exactly what you'd think - it produces stuffing, to replace any lost!! Quite an important organ indeed!!~
Welp, that's about all for our Puppet Anatomy lesson!! If you have any questions, again, my asks are ALWAYS open!!
Toodles!!~
I’m combining my February study challenge days into one post because I’ve been sick!
1: Photo of supplies; I have a bunch of black pens, mild liner highlighters, 2 dollar notebooks for my classes, and textbooks that were super expensive!
2: Photo of study space; I have my own room now so I’ve been studying here a lot this spring semester. It’s a littler dangerous though... I get very sleepy!
