Bailey’s Upper West Side New York City 200 sq. ft. studio is inspired by English Country décor. 

She loves the cozy, almost cluttered, look of English country décor.

This studio has a lovely old brick wall and fireplace, which is quite a find. Bailey likes to sit in this corner chair and people-watch as she eats breakfast. 

Her love of reading prompted her to fill the space with books.

A tiny end table serves as a workspace behind the couch.

A lot of her furnishings were handed down thru family members and they have also influenced her style.

A dresser doubles as a nightstand. 

With no kitchen storage to speak of, Bailey uses a vintage bookcase to store kitchenware. 

Even the tiny hall to the bath is utilized for storage. Very efficient use of space along with the style she loves.

I love Esi’s 400 sq. ft. studio apt. She has some wonderful ideas. For instance, the 3 shelves of bags and shoes as she walks in the door.

Doesn’t it look fabulous? I love the way she set it up. 

The “bedroom” is in it’s own corner against a purple wall, and the “living room” is set against a deep teal wall. That gives it the look of separation.

The kitchen is at the other end of the room, so it helps that the apt. layout is good. It has a nice size kitchen.

The must-have bar cart fits on a wall next to the kitchen.

Everything in this space fits so perfectly. She has a desk/makeup table in the corner of the bedroom area, that fits behind the dresser.

There’s a handy etagere next to the bed, a matching end table, and a cool Victorian lamp. What a pretty studio apt.

Alli’s very tiny 550 sq. ft. studio apt. in New York City. Her favorite thing about the apt. is being able to live in New York. So, sometimes you have to compromise, b/c a studio is all you can afford.

Alli recommends getting a sofa with storage. 

She separated the bed & living room area with hanging plants on a pipe frame.

She has room in a corner for a small bar cart and her record player.

She found a tiny kitchen island to fit in her compact kitchen. 

The apt. has a very retro, very pink bath. It’s a cute place and Alli’s a minimalist, which is a good thing when you live in such a small space.

This huge room has everything. The style is eclectic with many BoHo touches, and I love the comfy little seating area in front of the book shelves. The bedroom area above is awesome. Creative inspiration for a loft or studio apt.

This tiny studio apt. is soooo adorable. It has a gorgeous garden and look at the exposed brick, original wood, and antique sink on the kitchen wall. Sweet!
