This is sooooo cool. It’s a modern, renovated studio/loft apt. in Paris that is located in this historic building.

Check out the entrance. Can you imagine coming home to this? 

Then, you go up to this fabulous modern apt. It has everything you need and it’s so stylish.

I like this layout- my apt. has the kitchen under the loft, too. 

 Love it. And, it’s even got a classic subway tile backsplash. 

The bathroom is surprisingly large, too.

Brent’s 780 sq. ft. studio loft apt. looks bigger than it actually is, and is decorated in a neat, warm & cozy style.  He has a sofa, industrial concrete coffee table and side chair in a corner.

Behind the sofa, he situated a dining table that seats 6. 

The modern kitchen has a large, rustic wood support pole that adds character.

He has a mix of modern and antique in the bedroom. Very nice little loft in Atlanta, Georgia has very good ideas.
