My Fall 2017 anime Review:
Ousama Game
We’ve got another anime from one of those shifty as fuck MMO’s. Anyway, i’m enjoying it, psychological thriller, murder, challenges, grief from an omniscient King that’s watching you and sending commands through text. It’s almost paradoxical to religion. Anyway, the King game isn’t a new trend in Japan it’s like a parlour game that people play with friends at bars and such, or in class. However, this King has to be some unknown person/ thing giving out insane commands and having the power to implement horrifyingly deathly consequences. My only issue, is why the main character even bothered going to another school after the horror of the first game. Then I remember this was adapted from a game and will probably have as loose an ending as every Persona series. What cracks me up is that Studio Seven produced this. I mean studio Seven produces rom com, funny shoujo comedies and a lot of hentai’s. I guess that’s why there are so many rape like commands in this anime, they could be more inventive.
