Yesterday and today, I went back to the painting studio to work on some more paintings inspired by my theme consumption/production of books (specifically the Percy Jackson book series by Rick Riordan). Unfortunately I could not finish any of my previous paintings as they are at home and I could not bring them in.

These scenes are from what I imagine the scenarios of the Percy Jackson book series would look like when described.

The tool I used to paint the scenes is a palette knife. I really enjoyed the process and fell in love with using palette knives again.
