It's really sad to hear this. What's with all these services/sites dicking over artists like this?! :(

Yeah, there's kind of a long tradition of artists getting screwed over by webcomic publishers or hosting sites... I’m glad I only had a couple of eggs in the Webtoon basket, and I *am* grateful for the good months I had with their program. But yeah, it still sucks, especially for people who joined too late to benefit from the old program.

I know this might have been a rhetorical question, but I’ve actually been thinking a lot about fluffiness after posting these pictures of Kit - especially the middle picture. I have a tendency to get a little heavy-handed with shading and detailing, but softness/fluffiness seems to come through best without sharp detail and heavy rendering, and keeping the sharper detail only around major edges. I went to heavy on this one too, but then I lifted out whatever details went against the soft feeling I wanted.
