18th of January: Survival Kit I just included (some of the) stationary in the photo but this is the stuff I normally use to study/take notes: - A nice eraser that doesnt just smudge the pencil (mine is from Muji, but I also love the triangular ones from Faber Castell) - A regular ball point pen (gift from UruMUN in Utrecht) - A functioning highlighter (I like the pastell ones from Frixon but Stabilo makes also rlly nice ones that are cheaper and also hold up longer without running out of ink) - Another pen, this time a gel pen from Muji (0.38) - A nice HB pencil by Faber Castell (sometimes replaced with a pencil by Caran d'Ache) - A tiny and maybe not so useful ruler by Muji (I normally use set squares anyways...) - A clear pla Not pictured: - My laptop (essential for research and distraction) - Squared paper blocks (recycled paper for the encironment, purchased in bulk for the budget) - A full waterbottle if I'm on the go, or a cup of tea if I'm at home (especially when it's cold) - A shit ton of sticky notes (to write down notes when reading and bringing everything in order afterwards) - Maybe some dried fruits as a snack

1-23-17 9:50pm Kinda cramming for an HL bio test tomorow on photosynthesis. I really like using a white board to write out diagrams and notes, its all the benefits of copying notes without the stress of making them pretty and not wasting paper. Also, did you know we breathe plant farts?

Day 16 - Printables - Studyblr Photo Challenge Jan 2017

I mainly use printable from TheOrganisedStudent because they’re clean and work really well. I noticed a few gaps in the printable for what i required, so I made some of my own, and tried to keep a similar theme. It means that I can organise all of the information for each essay, reading, blog post etc. in one place, without having to go through tons of notebooks (i like to swap and change notebooks sometimes, even half way through a semester). And it helps to organise my references, particularly because I like to handwrite everything first before typing it up.

49/100 Days of Productivity

It is storming outside!! Take my advice: do not wander around the city while freezing rain is pelting you. You will not enjoy it. Today’s classes are not cancelled, which is too bad because I would loooove another day off. I had a really yummy muffin tho so maybe that makes up for it.

- figure out routines (especially morning, night and studying ones, I am tired of being tired!)

- write more neatly (as you can see, my aesthetics are not on fleek...yet)

- revise everyday!!! bac is approaching!! uni!!

Studyblr Photo Challenge - Jan 2017 DAY 2. RESOLUTIONS - i kept coming up with resolutions - and the list got a little too long - so i am sticking to this one - BE CONFIDENT - first term at university hit me hard and i lost a lot of confidence - and i feel like as soon as believe i can do stuff, things will be a little easier

29th of January: Planning I use a bulletjournal for planning (currently i only do weeks/days and not months, but I used to do that as well) Basically, I write down all the things that I have to do every day (or at least more than once a week) on the left, and add seven boxes for each day of the week. Below, there are the "goals" which are things that I want to finish until the end of the week. If something has a deadline, I write the week day into the little box. The daily lists consist of things from the daily tasks (for example reading tasks), things that I just have to do that day, or a (part of the) task from the "goals" list
