Yes, Growth is uncomfortable in the initial state because we are so used to our comfort zone that we doesn't want to do something out of comfort zone. But by taking baby steps day by day and enjoying the journey of growth we can progress day by day. We can't do all things at a once. Growth or progress takes time. Give time, more or little but stay consistent. Maintain the streak babe😉

Hey,

Today was a kind of busy day. Didn't studied much because there is a lot happening in my life.... Obviously not amazing things..... Life struggles, daily life struggles, my anxiety, other tensions about day to day things.

This is the habit I want to change. Whenever there's anything going in my life it directly affect my study schedule .... I just want that these daily ongoing stuffs doesn't affect my studies anymore. I have to work on this... Will post soon about that.
