My computer keeps crashing.

Dad says it's the heat and to aim my desk fan at the computer instead of my face.

I say it's because the thing is almost ten years old and never functioned properly (regularly needs a good smack to even turn on, gets the current date and time wrong more often than not), and is now finally giving up (also, last year was waaaay hotter than this year and I didn't have this problem then).

Either that or I have a gremlin living in my appartment, because multiple things have been breaking down over the last few weeks.

Eh, I'll figure out a way to deal with it. I've kinda been wanting a new, proper gaming pc for ages. Problem is those things are expensive.

Sooo, untill that problem is resolved, little psa: I might be less active for a while, since Tumblr is one of the things that Mr Computer has decided are Too Much Work, Actually! (It keeps crashing as soon as I log on, trying the fan-trick right now has gotten me this far, but how long will that last?) My phone is also an old hand-me-down that only does Tumblr begrudgingly for like, five minutes, and my old laptop that I got for uni things keeps screeching its memory is full. (Why yes, most of these things are the same age more or less, why do you ask?)

Also, lesson learned, if you shop in the bargain bin for PCs (because you're a broke college student, but like to play The Sims after class to unwind), don't be surprised if you end up with a (non-returnable) lemon!
