💛 - used for convenience items! ie. fertilizer, hay, seeds, etc! ; placed below the bed so they can be grabbed first thing during the in-game day
💙 - used to store tools while doing errands, ie. taking long fishing trips (and only fishing) so you put away the other tools to maximize inventory space! ; placed below the bed, near the 💛 chest!
🤍 - used for bundle and gift items! (items for community center and relationship boosting!) ; placed at the far side below the bed so there's no accidental usage of the items! grabbing them is deliberate and needs to be consciously thought about.
🤎 - used for furniture and decorative items that are not being used ; placed in the side room of the house in the center as both decoration and to keep it separated from the other chests.

Stone chest outside the storage shed - used to store all produce (ie fruits, vegetables) that have not been processed into artisan goods yet!
Stone chests in greenhouse - used to store seeds being cultivated in the greenhouse!
Extra organization information:
Machines are placed near the same machines (ie. there is a row of furnaces, across from a row of charcoal kilns) place machines in their areas for organization
ALL ANIMAL PRODUCT PROCESSING MACHINES ARE PLACED INSIDE THE COOP/BARN
Likewise all kegs, preserve jars etc. are in the storage shed!
The fence around the barn and coop is 40 (forty) fence pieces, and 3 (three) gates! Keep this in mind when replacing it!
Areas covered in wooden paths symbolize areas that have yet to have buildings built on! Check the rest of the area for context on what is going to be built!
