Hi Guys, You hear me before about making wise choices with your food. Well here it is AGAIN!!! While Dieting it’s always good to have a Food Goals in mind. And I know in the first month it hard but once you work it out, you will find it REWARDING.
How it works is very simple. Make a Food Plan and follow it. And then after you lose either 5 or 10 Kilograms, you can dine on one of your favourite food on that one day. For me, I dined at my favourite Burger Place and it was worth the wait too. https://youtu.be/iSEK-khIpvY
And as I said in the past it always rewarding to enjoy food you don’t eat all the time. And avoid STUFF YOUR FACE!!!
I see patterns when it comes to some of my favorite characters XD
Tip for the Day:
How to feel more powerful: Throw a towel around your shoulders like a cape- it will make you feel like the superhero you really are!
(as to how to feel comforted: stuffing your face or drinking some hot cocoa certainly wouldn’t hurt!)
Hey there! 😀 Our idiom of the day is ”Stuff your face“, which means “to eat a lot of food quickly.“
The phrase has its origins in the U.S. (1930s+)
