These Spinach-Mozzarella Stuffed Burgers are a delicious twist on the classic burger. The combination of juicy beef, melted mozzarella cheese, and sautéed spinach makes for a flavorful and satisfying meal.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds ground beef. 1 cup chopped spinach, cooked and drained. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 4 hamburger buns. Lettuce, tomato slices, and condiments for toppings.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions and flatten them into thin patties. In the center of 4 patties, place a portion of cooked spinach and a portion of shredded mozzarella cheese. Top each with another beef patty and seal the edges by pressing them together, forming 4 stuffed burgers. Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat. Place the stuffed burgers on the grill or griddle and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness and the cheese is melted. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for about 1 minute until they are slightly browned. Assemble the burgers by placing a stuffed patty on the bottom half of each bun, and top with lettuce, tomato slices, and your favorite condiments. Place the top half of the buns on the assembled burgers to complete them. Serve hot and enjoy!
